  • Position: Executive / Sr. Executive Strategic Marketing Planning & Corporate Branding

Role & responsibilities

Marketing Planning & Market Analysis:

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing plans for the assigned product portfolio.
  • Conduct market research and collect data on competitors, customers, and market trends.
  • Assist in analyzing sales data to monitor product performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Help coordinate product labelling artwork and ensure compliance with medical and regulatory guidelines.
  • Keep track of regulatory and market updates to ensure timely adaptation of marketing strategies.

Product Promotion & Branding:

  • Assist in creating promotional content and marketing materials in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Support the execution of product positioning and messaging for the generics and SAS portfolio.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communication platforms.
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing collaterals to the sales team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs and Compliance teams to ensure all promotional materials meet industry standards.
  • Support the Product Launch Manager in executing marketing activities for new product launches.

Sales Support & Reporting:

  • Track sales performance, market share, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Provide inputs for sales forecasts and stock planning in coordination with the Demand Planning team.
  • Prepare periodic marketing performance reports, including ROI summaries and campaign evaluations.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:

  • Assist in managing relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in organizing trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Process Adherence

  • Ensure marketing activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and documentation of marketing procedures.
  • Uphold company values and contribute to a positive and compliant work culture.

Continuous Learning & Development:

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor developments, and product knowledge.
  • Participate in internal training programs and team meetings to enhance professional skills.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Graduate + MBA (Marketing) with 3 to 8 yrs of experience in Strategic Marketing, Business Planning, or Product Management / Brand Management / Corporate Branding & Marketing communication preferably in the Pharma, Healthcare, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of Strategic Marketing, Business Planning, Product Management, Brand Management, Corporate Branding & Marketing communication.
  • Market analysis and planning skills.
  • Strong Cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and compliance focus
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management tools.
  • Good understanding of pricing, market access, and competition dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability.
  • Creative mind set with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team collaboration and initiative-taking.
  • Effective communication and presentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
