Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Executive Sales at Thar Lifespaces in Jodhpur. The Sr Executive Sales will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing client relationships, and driving sales goals for the residential villa & residential/commercial tower project. Job Responsibilities Real Estate Sales Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement Connecting with the live customer leads given by the company and network with Registered & New Clients. Managing client query on phone & convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting. Providing best possible solution to customer. Informing clients about market conditions, prices, legal requirements. Site and Property Visits Ensuring a fair and honest dealing. Completing the sales targets. Follow-Up after visits and ensuring Closures Qualifications & Experience Real Estate Sales, and Customer Relationship Management skills Experience in real estate sales and knowledge of the local market Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales Show more Show less
