Sr Executive Sales

Job Description: Thar Lifespaces is looking for a Sr Executive Sales to join their team in Jodhpur. As a Sr Executive Sales, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction for the residential villa & residential/commercial tower project. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct real estate sales activities to attract prospective clients and showcase the value proposition of the organization. - Connect with live customer leads provided by the company and establish relationships with both Registered & New Clients. - Handle client queries over the phone and effectively convert tele-conversations into personal meetings. - Offer the best possible solutions to customers and keep them informed about market conditions, prices, and legal requirements. - Arrange and accompany clients on site and property visits to showcase the properties and address any concerns. - Ensure fair and honest dealings with clients and strive to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Conduct follow-up activities after visits to nurture leads and facilitate closures.
