Job Description


As Sr. Executive - Sales (Digital) you will be a frontline revenue driver for edskExpress. You’ll own new business development, manage key client relationships, design and sell integrated digital media solutions (display, native, programmatic/adtech, sponsored content), and lead on brand activations and events that amplify our platform and partner objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt and close new business across agencies, brands, and direct clients (digital-first & traditional advertisers).
  • Sell integrated media solutions: display, native, sponsored content, programmatic buys (with adtech partners), email & newsletter sponsorships, custom activations, and event sponsorships.
  • Build tailored proposals and pitch decks; structure commercial models and ROI-based packages.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery with internal teams (content, product, operations) and external vendors. Ensure timely execution and post-campaign reporting.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline using CRM; meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Identify partnership opportunities (co-branded events, branded content series, long-term strategic alliances) and lead negotiations.
  • Work closely with product/adops/analytics to price, package and scale programmatic/adtech offerings.
  • Provide market feedback to shape product, pricing and inventory strategy.
  • Represent edskExpress at client meetings, industry events and conferences.


Must-have (Qualifications & Experience)

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in digital ad sales, media sales, adtech sales, or agency-side client servicing.

    (Candidates outside this range will not be considered.)

  • Strong track record closing deals with brands/agencies and delivering against revenue targets.
  • Experience selling across digital formats, programmatic, display, native, newsletter sponsorships and familiarity with adtech ecosystem (DSPs/SSPs/Ad Servers) is preferred.
  • Comfortable creating pitch decks, commercial proposals and negotiating SOWs.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset: able to use performance metrics to sell value and optimize campaigns.
  • Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-growth startup environment; collaborative team player.
  • Immediate joiners preferred (short notice period will be an advantage).


Nice-to-have

  • Existing relationships with agency digital teams or brand marketers.
  • Experience selling events, experiential or integrated content programs.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and campaign measurement frameworks.
