Job Summary

Our Client is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Executive – Sales & Operations to lead Milwaukee Brand Hand Tools, PPE, Storage & Pack out business in Maharashtra region. The candidate will be responsible for driving Sales & Operations growth, managing customers visit, building strong relationship with key customers and ensuring smooth operational execution.

JOB & Responsibility:

1. Backend Operations (Preparing Quotation/ Packing list / arranging sales invoice from Acct dept to Customer).
2. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, customer satisfaction.
3. Update customer’s data base of Maharashtra region.
4. Prepare weekly report and forwarding to Senior Sales Manager.
5. Customer visit in Maharashtra region (Company/Product presentation / Enquired about customer requirement/ analysis customer requirement forecast).
6. Track & report sales performance in Maharashtra region, create accurate sales forecast and ensure operational readiness to meet demand.
7. Resolve Maharashtra region customer enquiries & resolved promptly & if required escalate to Senior Manager.
8. Explore partnerships with new distributors and retailers in untapped markets within the region.
