Job Overview:

The Senior Executive – Paid Media will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels. The role requires strong analytical skills, creativity in campaign strategies, and hands-on expertise in digital ad platforms to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and ensure achievement of KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPL, etc.).
  • Develop A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams for ad copy, visuals, and landing page optimization.
  • Track budgets and ensure campaigns run within allocated spends.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Suggest new paid media opportunities to expand reach and improve ROI.
  • Support the team in scaling campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics / GA4, Tag Manager, and attribution tools.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Google Ads / Meta / LinkedIn certifications will be an added advantage.
