Sr Executive- Legal (Litigation, Drafting, Vetting) - Pharma Co-Mumbai

Job description

Candidate will be based at corporate office of reputed Pharma Company as an Legal Executive Senior Executive Litigation and he will be responsible for handling following:-

Candidate will be responsible for representing organization in courts and tribunals and Drafting, negotiation and finalization of standard and non-standard legal documents such as Agreements, MOU, Bank guarantee, Indemnity Bonds, Undertakings, POA etc and reviewing and modifying, from time to time, existing standard set of documents and direct and indirect negotiation with parties for obtaining most favorable terms for commercial contracts managing litigation and dispute resolution, in efficient, quick and cost effective manner and complete record management of legal documents and maintaining and monitoring litigation in MIS and prepare filing and maintenance of legal documents. 

Candidate will be responsible for Handling collection and recovery related litigations. Ensuring recovery of sticky debts and helping company to maintain healthy financial condition

Candidate will be responsible for vetting from legal perspective of important correspondence of the Company as per request from various stakeholders and coordinating with and managing external lawyers/ law firms as and when required and performing duties such as preparations of case drafts, providing the required documents and data, follow up for updating legal cases, attending meetings /conferences etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role within a corporate legal/secretarial department, preferably in a multinational pharmaceutical company.

Candidate should be good experience for operational, Financial, Customer.

Candidate should have good knowledge of litigation.

Candidate should be staying at Central Suburban or South Mumbai or Staying near Nahur.
