At Performance Launchpad, we help brands scale through performance-driven marketing strategies, cutting-edge technology, and seamless execution. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Assistant Manager – Mobile Ad Operations to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong analytical skills, and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, marketing, and data.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, monitor, and optimize mobile ad campaigns across platforms (Trackier, Affise, Appsflyer, Branch, etc.)
• Handle day-to-day campaign operations, including tracking URL generation, creative testing, and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborate with publishers/affiliates and internal teams for smooth execution and delivery
• Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROI, Retention) to ensure targets are met
• Create daily and weekly performance reports with actionable insights
• Maintain documentation of campaign setups, targeting, and performance logs
• Provide technical support for SDK integrations and postback setups
• 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

1-2 years of experience in mobile ad operations, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing

• Strong knowledge of mobile tracking platforms (Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava, Adjust, Singular, AppMetrica)
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (Trackier, Affise, Everflow, Impact)
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
• 🔹 Good to HaveExposure to CPI, CPA, CPL, and CPM campaign models
• Familiarity with attribution models and fraud detection tools
• Basic knowledge of programmatic and RTB platforms
