Qualification:

Essential - Bachelors degree/masters degreefrom any discipline from a recognized institute

Desired Diploma / Certificate inFire or management or Armed forces officers training.

Experience:

Essential - 2-6 years of experience inIndustrial Security or working experience in ManufacturingIndustry

Desirable - Preference will be given tocandidates with a background in the Armed Forces or allied services.

Job Description: This position is responsibleto ensure to complete security of plant , equipment & Manpower Resources.Position holder will be responsible for security function in the shift. Themajor job responsibility will be-

Strict implementation of the Department SOPrelated to Men and Material movement.

Protect companys property and staff bymaintaining a safe and secure environment.

Look for new security techniques and processesand strive to implement effective security systems.

Submit all required security reports to Securityhead and the management as and when required.

Conduct routine patrolling and checking acrossplants under the Lead role.

Responsible for respective areas of deploymentand minimize all threats and risks on a day-to-day basis.

Control and minimize accidents and thefts andformulate mitigation plans to avoid them in future.

Monitor the loading/unloading of all materialincluding raw materials/finished goods, by the gate security guards.

Supervise traffic management in and around Plantpremise to ensure all traffic movement remains accident free.

Keep constant touch with local Police stationsas well as Senior Police officials at the local level for security of theplant.

Horticulture: Ensure Environment Preservation/Biodiversity. Maintain the Greenery index of the plant.
