Job Description

Interested candidates, kindly mail to enpcareers.hr@ril.com Main Purpose: To ensure the smooth and safe operation of process units by understanding technical requirements and deploying the right skill sets. Provide continuous technical support to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate and track Management of Change (MoC) activities, support internal audits and timely closure of action points. Deliver accurate and timely data to the Lead – Onshore Technical Support & MIS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive innovation, compile reports, and develop materials and presentations for meetings to support technical decision-making and establish a strong MIS framework. Job Accountabilities: • Interface with O&M Teams: Gather data from relevant stakeholders regarding planned & unplanned shutdowns, KRAs, KPIs of O&M, existing & upcoming projects; compile and submit the data for review. • Support in Compliance in Audit: Co-ordinate audits, collect and compile inputs required for internal and external audits and provides Lead Onshore Tech Support & MIS for review; Assist in close out of audit recommendations. • Reporting & Documentation: Collects and consolidates reports from all functional leads of O & M; Assist in generating internal reports for HOD as required and in collecting Training Needs of workforce and prepares tentative Training calendar of the Dept. • Process Improvement Measures: Assist in analysis of chronic operational issues, assists in Review and developing SOPs within the functional area periodically to continuously improve the processes for better efficiency and effectiveness • PRA (Production Revenue Accounting) : Coordinates and prepares daily reports in PRA, ensures all the data is entered properly, ensures the data validation is done properly. Maintains the backup data required for PSC reports. Coordinates with different departments and uploads JTs in PRA. • PSC reports: Generates the monthly PSC reports in accordance with DGH requirements. Validates all the data, confirms the data accuracy. Ensures the PSC reports are timely released. Management of Change: Uploading relevant documents in portal, co-ordinating approvals, conducting meetings with stakeholders/Hazop/ what-ifs and tracking to closure • Conduct internal audits and systems periodically as a team (IMS, PTW, E&Y etc.); review of OMPRO exceptional reports Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Experience: • Overall experience: 5 years • Specific experience: 3 years in Oil & Gas Industry Interested candidates, kindly mail to enpcareers.hr@ril.com Show more Show less
