About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Electrical Engineer with 8–9 years of construction experience in GCC and UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing electrical engineering activities on large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical engineering activities on construction sites.
• Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and designs.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical engineering issues on-site.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets for electrical works.

Requirements

• 8–9 years of electrical construction experience in GCC and UAE (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and installation practices.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other electrical design software is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
