Role Description:

This is a full-time, off-site position for a Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineering professional /Team Lead, located in GIDC-Umbergaon, Umargam, Gujarat 396171.

Requirement :

Electrical & Electronics Engineering professional with 5–8 years of proven experience in the Aerospace & Defence domain, specializing in the design, development, integration, and qualification of mission-critical electrical and electronic systems.
Skilled in managing complete engineering lifecycles—from requirements capture and architecture definition to prototyping, testing, certification, and field deployment.
Experienced in working with stringent defence standards and multidisciplinary engineering teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics (E&E) Engineering or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in Engineering, specifically in Aerospace or Defense sectors with demonstrated project management and team leadership skills.

Technical Skillset:

Strong proficiency in Design and Engineering with an ability to interpret / apply industry standards and perform system integration,
Understanding of Aerospace & DEF standards, documentation processes
Power electronics, analog/digital circuit design, signal conditioning
PCB design tools: Altium, Mentor Graphics or equivalent
Embedded hardware interfaces and Standards such as MIL-STDs
Electrical wiring harness design and integration
Knowledge of avionics systems, sensors, actuators, and communication modules

Tools & Analysis

EMI/EMC compliance and shielding practices
Experience with test equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power analyzers, spectrum analyzers
Experience in Simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink will be an added advantage
