Job Description

Your Impact

As a Senior Director of Engineering Product Management in the AI Automation Center, you will be pivotal in driving innovation, re-engineering business processes, and enhancing productivity through the strategic application of AI. The ideal candidate will possess a strong product management background, a passion for technology, a proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product strategies, as well as demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Innovation and Prototyping: Find opportunities for innovation and lead the creation of prototypes and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate new ideas and technologies.
Business Process Re-engineering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and re-engineer business processes, employing AI and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
Reusable AI Assets: Drive the development and adoption of reusable AI assets, including models, APIs, and frameworks, to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation and AI driven solutions, aligning with overall business objectives.
Best Practices and Knowledge Sharing: Establish and share best practices, guidelines, and standards for AI development and deployment across the organization.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with engineering, data science, product, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and communicate progress.
Leadership: Lead and influence cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, design, sales, marketing, legal) to drive alignment, overcome obstacles, and deliver high-impact features, as well as act as a senior representative of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors +15 years of related experience or Master''s +6 years of related experience degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI, machine learning, or automation technologies.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and technologies.
Ability to think strategically and translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing multiple issues and initiatives simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with key stakeholders and articulate sophisticated issues clearly
Excellent judgment and sense of prioritization, along with attention to detail
