Role and Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility. Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across search engines and social media platforms to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals. Monitor and analyze website analytics, conversion rates, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Create engaging and compelling content for website pages, blog articles, social media posts, and email campaigns to attract and engage target audiences. Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and optimization. Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing technologies to proactively recommend strategies and tactics. Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools, to analyze data, track performance, and generate reports. Manage and optimize social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to enhance brand presence and engage with the audience. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including graphic designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven work experience of 1-3 years as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a focus on digital marketing strategies and tactics. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing,PPC, SEO, and paid advertising. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences across various digital channels. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
