Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
• Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across search engines and social media platforms to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
• Monitor and analyze website analytics, conversion rates, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Create engaging and compelling content for website pages, blog articles, social media posts, and email campaigns to attract and engage target audiences.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and optimization.
• Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing technologies to proactively recommend strategies and tactics.
• Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools, to analyze data, track performance, and generate reports.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to enhance brand presence and engage with the audience.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including graphic designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience of 1-3 years as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a focus on digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing,PPC, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences across various digital channels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
