Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer Experience: 8+ Years Location: Pune Work Mode: On-Site Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team in Pune. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact environment and is eager to drive DevOps excellence by designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for scalable, cloud-native applications. Key Responsibilities: Drive best practices around SecDevOps , Kubernetes, and cloud-native platforms. Understand customer/project KPIs and align infrastructure and tools accordingly. Set up, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or CloudFormation . Create robust monitoring dashboards with Grafana, ELK, and integrate API status/logs. Improve deployment reliability, performance, and rollback strategies. Champion automated processes for code deployment, testing, and release cycles. Collaborate with engineering and product teams for scalable deployment architectures. Ensure security compliance with vulnerability assessments and mitigation strategies. Manage and maintain container orchestration with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) . Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning. Lead infrastructure documentation, process improvement, and best practices. Must-Have Skills: 7+ years of hands-on DevOps or cloud engineering experience. Solid understanding of Linux systems , networking , and automation workflows. Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Go, etc.). Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure services (VPC, EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda, ECS). Strong in Terraform , CloudFormation , and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef). Expertise in container orchestration using Kubernetes , Helm, Docker. Experience with observability tools (Grafana, ELK Stack, Prometheus). Practical knowledge of vulnerability management and DevSecOps practices. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, or GitLab CI. Familiarity with monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning at scale. Preferred Qualifications: Deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture . Good understanding of continuous integration/continuous delivery practices. AWS certifications or other cloud-native technology certifications are a plus. Prior experience in SRE roles or large-scale distributed systems is advantageous.
