About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team in Pune. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact environment and is eager to drive DevOps excellence by designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for scalable, cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive best practices around SecDevOps, Kubernetes, and cloud-native platforms.
• Understand customer/project KPIs and align infrastructure and tools accordingly.
• Set up, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Create robust monitoring dashboards with Grafana, ELK, and integrate API status/logs.
• Improve deployment reliability, performance, and rollback strategies.
• Champion automated processes for code deployment, testing, and release cycles.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams for scalable deployment architectures.
• Ensure security compliance with vulnerability assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Manage and maintain container orchestration with Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Lead infrastructure documentation, process improvement, and best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on DevOps or cloud engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and automation workflows.
• Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Go, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure services (VPC, EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda, ECS).
• Strong in Terraform, CloudFormation, and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef).
• Expertise in container orchestration using Kubernetes, Helm, Docker.
• Experience with observability tools (Grafana, ELK Stack, Prometheus).
• Practical knowledge of vulnerability management and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, or GitLab CI.
• Familiarity with monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning at scale.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
• Good understanding of continuous integration/continuous delivery practices.
• AWS certifications or other cloud-native technology certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in SRE roles or large-scale distributed systems is advantageous.
