Sr. Data Analyst

Location: WFO, Gurgaon, Haryana

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in transforming data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, PowerBI and data visualization, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to solve business problems using data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights

Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports for business performance monitoring.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Supply, Finance, Operations) to define business problems and deliver data-backed recommendations.

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and A/B testing to evaluate business performance.

Use statistical methods and tools (Python/R) to support predictive modeling and forecasting projects.

Translate analytical findings into clear, concise presentations for leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or Diploma in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Strong expertise in SQL and PowerBI.

Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).

Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for advanced analysis.

Working knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis and automation.

Solid understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and business performance metrics.
