Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr.Data Analyst with 8-10 years of expertise, including at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion to Power BI conversion or ERP reporting projects
The role requires gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with technical teams for seamless data integration and reporting
Responsibilities include conducting workshops, gap analysis, and impact assessments, supporting UAT and training, and maintaining business process documentation
Strong domain knowledge across Material, Customer, Supplier, and BOM Master data is essential.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and Power BI, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
Certification in business analysis or data analytics (e.g, CBAP, CCBA, Power BI) will be a plus.
