Relevant Experience

4+ years ofProfessional/Technical Experience in Telecom with good knowledge in Planning& Designing of FTTX Network and Hands-on experience in using GIS/draftingTools like MapInfo/Spatial net/AutoCAD/ Arc GIS/ QGIS and should be capable of handlingteam and Quality Factory.Knowledge of ANZregion Fiber Network Architecture and specifications.Soundunderstanding of OSP/ISP construction standards and field practices, planningand design expertise in FTTP, FTTB, FTTC, FTTN, HFC technology, Preferred Goodunderstanding of Method of Measurements for Design and construction of FTTxNetwork & MDU and should be able to prepare the BOQ and BOM for MDU Designs

Key Responsibilities

Planning and Design ofFTTx Network using GIS tools.Quality Control on designdeliveryTraining and Efficiencyimprovement with team membersShould be able to work ondifferent GIS datasets and create new information or investigate patterns usingMAP-INFO, QGIS or other GIS tools like ArcGIS, Spatial net etc...End to end deliverydesigns services including but not limited to Detail Design, Survey Packs,validating survey reports and site designs received from the field, createConstruction Plans in AutoCAD, BOM/BOQCommunicate withstakeholders on the rejections and corrective actions.Coordinating with theField Teams for the required informationPreparing andinterpreting specifications, drawings and regulations for the use oftelecommunications equipmentCreate power designs asper power utility guidelines.Communicate with field
