Sr. Customer Relationship Manager - Jalandhar

You will need to dedicate efforts towards setting up the people, processes, and structure. Additionally, managing the high attrition rate of the front-line sales force and the limited availability of quality talent to drive Insurance Business from the assigned team will be crucial.
