As a Senior Customer Support Management Professional at Honeywell, you will lead and shape the global IT support operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that Honeywell's technological infrastructure aligns seamlessly with the commitment to customer satisfaction, influencing the organization on a broader scale. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and develop Field Service Specialists (FSS) in their respective Territories as the Field Operations Manager (FOM). - Drive operational excellence within the team, ensuring effective customer engagement from the local Lifecycle Solutions & Services (LSS) and the broader Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) team. - Drive growth across all LSS service business modes through effective planning, compliance with quality and process frameworks, and adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements. - Provide exceptional support to customers, driving favorable NPS, and resolving any customer escalations, issues, or concerns promptly. **Key Experience & Capabilities:** - Possess an Engineering Degree in Instrumentation & Controls or Electronics & Controls or equivalent. - Have 15+ years of relevant industry experience in Field/Project Engineering, with the last 5 years preferably in Customer Management/Project Management. - Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with teams across businesses/functions and excel in a highly matrixed environment.
