As a Sr Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, senior managers, and directors to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational processes.

In this role, you will impact driving operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the organization delivers a world-class customer experience.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2 years of proven experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in customer experience management is preferred.

  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience

  • Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of customer experience initiatives
