As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, senior managers, and directors to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational processes. You will have a significant impact on driving operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the delivery of a world-class customer experience. Responsibilities: - Interact with customers both before and after sales to address their needs and ensure satisfaction. - Process orders, handle correspondence, and fulfill customer requirements promptly. - Develop and nurture positive customer relationships. - Coordinate with various functions within the company to address customer requests efficiently. - Play a substantial role in maintaining strong relationships between Honeywell and customers. - Process day-to-day orders, billings, purchase requisitions, and collections. - Clear backlogs efficiently. - Respond to customer queries and non-dispute claims promptly. - Collaborate with different cross-functional teams for customer issue resolutions and process improvements. - Work closely with the Dispute Team to manage disputes effectively. Qualifications: - Any Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience. - Highly adaptable and quick to learn new technologies. - Encourage and adhere to Honeywell's behavior and policies. - Proficiency in SAP Order Management, Salesforce Case Management, O2C knowledge, and MS Excel skills.
