Sr. Business Development Manager

Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT Services (HubSpot/Salesforce) Location: Mohali, Punjab (Work From Office) Salary: ₹1,00,000+ per month (based on experience) Experience Required: 5+ years in IT sales/business development Working Hours: Flexible (as per international client time zones) Key Responsibilities: · Generate and close leads/projects for HubSpot, Salesforce, and CRM services via Upwork, Guru, LinkedIn , and other platforms. · Build and maintain strong communication with international clients (USA/UK) – excellent spoken and written English is a must. · Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client requirements. · Handle full sales cycle – lead generation, requirement gathering, coordination, negotiation, and closing deals. · Manage and guide the technical team , ensuring smooth delivery and communication with clients. · Act as a bridge between clients and developers for project updates and issue resolution. · Maintain a high level of professionalism, dedication, and a client-first approach . Requirements: · Minimum 5 years of experience in business development with IT service companies . · Proven track record in closing international projects for HubSpot/Salesforce or CRM services . · Strong team leadership and client handling skills. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. · Comfortable working across time zones with flexible working hours .
