We are seeking a sharp, confident, and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities via Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
• Prepare persuasive proposals and convert leads into long-term clients.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication.
• Track market trends and adapt business strategies accordingly.
• Keep accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.
• Basic technical knowledge of web, app development, and IT services.
• Proven negotiation and client handling abilities.
• Skilled in drafting clear and compelling business proposals.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to night shifts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Additional Information
