We are looking for ambitious and energetic individuals to join our team as Business Development Executive to drive customer engagement and business expansion. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calls, emails, or networking. Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction. Present the company’s products/services to potential clients through meetings, demos, or calls. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Pitch products/services effectively to prospects Manage sales pipeline and track progress Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales process Meet and exceed assigned sales targets Requirements: Edu-tech sector (K9-K12) sales Experience required English & Telugu candidate mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or B.Tech in Science streams (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, etc.) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment Self-motivated and eager to learn Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: edtech sales(k9-k12): 2 years (Required) Language: Telugu (Required) Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Required) Work Location: In person
