Sr. Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our bidding team and play a key role in expanding our clientele and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the entire sales lifecycle through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. Draft compelling proposals , handle client communication, follow-ups, and gather detailed project requirements. Strategically bid to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Develop and maintain a database of prospective and existing clients; proactively follow up on old and warm leads. Stay updated with industry trends and client demands to align services accordingly. Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical and project delivery) to ensure alignment and feasibility of proposed solutions. Requirements: Minimum 4+ years of experience in online bidding or business development in the IT services domain. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal in English. Strong analytical and negotiation skills to convert leads into clients. Highly self-motivated , organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. A positive attitude , with a focus on long-term association and loyalty. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking, and bidding portals . Preferred Qualifications: MBA in Marketing or a Technical Degree (B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, BCA).
