As a Senior Business Development Executive, your role will involve presenting our products or services to potential customers, effectively engaging with them using scripts and product knowledge, and identifying their needs to recommend suitable solutions. You will be responsible for accurately recording customer information and sales data in our CRM system, following up with interested customers, and collaborating with team members to enhance overall performance. It will be essential for you to continuously update your product knowledge and sales skills through training sessions and workshops. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and clients, analyzing market trends, competition, and industry regulations, and converting leads into business opportunities will be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Give presentations to potential customers and explain product/service benefits - Engage customers using scripts and product knowledge, addressing their inquiries - Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services - Record customer information and sales data accurately in the CRM system - Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but not yet made a purchase - Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance performance - Update product knowledge and sales skills through training sessions - Maintain positive customer relationships to drive repeat business - Analyze market trends, competition, and industry regulations to advise clients on offers and opportunities - Convert leads into business effectively Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, especially fluent in English - Ability to quickly engage customers and establish rapport - Strong listening skills to identify customer needs effectively - Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently - Proficiency in working independently and as part of a team - Strong work ethic and willingness to put in extra effort for achieving results - Competitive spirit and a drive to succeed Please note: Candidates with significant experience in sales, especially telesales, and exceptional fluency in English are preferred for this role.
