Job Description

As a Business Analyst with 10 years of experience, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. Your role will involve engaging with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, translating these needs into clear user stories and functional specifications, and working in Agile environments to ensure successful delivery through testing and validation. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating wireframes or prototypes to illustrate solutions, preparing and maintaining business requirement documents, defining test scenarios, and tracking project progress to provide timely updates to stakeholders. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and propose mitigation strategies for gaps, risks, and dependencies, while also demonstrating proficiency in prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, or Axure. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at our location.,
