Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We need a strong logically thinking and proven Business Analyst - domain prefer is energy or Mfg types or Asset management background.

Strategic Business Analysis:

Lead the analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks.

Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Contribute to the development of new business models and product strategies.

Requirements Management:

Elicit, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements through various techniques, including workshops, interviews, and surveys.

Create detailed documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.

Manage and prioritize requirements, ensuring they align with project scope and business objectives.

Stakeholder and Team Leadership:

Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for multiple stakeholders, from end-users to senior executives.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, development, QA, and product management).

Lead and mentor junior business analysts, providing guidance on best practices, methodologies, and project deliverables.

Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts to ensure project alignment and success.

Solution Design and Implementation:

Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives, ensuring they are scalable and sustainable.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are implemented correctly and in accordance with specifications.

Oversee and participate in the testing phase, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate that the final solution meets all requirements.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., using Power BI, Tableau) to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project progress.

Perform financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis, to support business cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst or a similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a senior or lead capacity.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Data & Analytics: Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of statistical software (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.

Methodologies: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Tools: Expertise in requirements management and project tracking tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio or other diagramming software.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

Superior problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Excellent business acumen and a deep understanding of the industry and market dynamics.

Preferred Certifications (Good to Have):

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

Project Management Professional (PMP)

Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster)
