Sr. Business Analyst

We’re hiring a Associate/Senior Business Analyst – Mobile & Web Platforms

Are you ready to drive innovation and user-experience across both mobile and web-based products? We’re looking for a seasoned Business Analyst who’s comfortable sketching wireframes, building mockups, authoring user stories, and bridging the gap between product, design and engineering.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) working on mobile and web-based projects.
• Proven track record of designing wireframes and mockups (tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Balsamiq etc).
• Strong experience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to translate technical concepts into business language and vice-versa.
• Analytical mindset: comfortable with metrics, data, user research insights to shape product direction.
• A passion for user-centred design, intuitive experiences and high-quality delivery.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in handling projects of multiple domains (e.g., fintech, e-commerce, SaaS).
• UX design or user research exposure.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or similar.
