Sr. Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst at our fast-growing digital product & engineering studio, your role will involve owning requirement definition, product discovery, and delivery coordination for web, mobile, and game projects in a cross-functional engineering environment across India. Your responsibilities will include: - Eliciting, documenting, and prioritizing functional and non-functional requirements for web, mobile, and game-app initiatives. - Translating stakeholder goals into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. - Creating and maintaining interactive wireframes, flows, and prototypes using Figma or equivalent tools to align design and engineering teams. - Defining API contracts and data models, authoring Postman collections, and collaborating with backend teams for validation. - Driving Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, acting as a product proxy to unblock engineering and QA during delivery. - Planning and executing UAT, bug triage, and release readiness checks, as well as coordinating app store submissions and compliance activities. - Utilizing SQL and product analytics to measure feature impact, identify user pain points, and recommend data-driven roadmap adjustments. **Skills & Qualifications** **Must-Have:** - JIRA - Confluence - Figma - SQL - Postman - Agile Scrum **Preferred:** - Unity - Google Play Console - App Store Connect **Additional Qualifications:** - Proven track record delivering web, mobile, or game app features from discovery through release in cross-functional teams. - Strong stakeholder management, UAT, and release coordination experience across distributed product teams. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, or related field preferred.
