Sr. Branch Manager

1. Business Development & Sales

• Achieve branch business targets across gold loans, personal loans, SME loans, or other NBFC products.
• Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and cross-selling of allied products (insurance, investment products, etc.).
• Develop local market strategies and build relationships with customers, dealers, and community stakeholders.
• Monitor competition and provide inputs for business strategy.

2. Branch Operations & Compliance

• Oversee day-to-day branch functioning including cash management, gold vault operations, and loan disbursement.
• Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Implement and monitor internal controls, KYC/AML compliance, and operational risk management.
• Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reports, and audit trails in CBS/LMS.

3. Team Leadership & People Management

• Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff including loan officers, gold appraisers, and customer service executives.
• Allocate responsibilities and set performance goals for team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
• Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and customer-first approach.

4. Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Ensure high standards of customer service and grievance redressal.
• Handle escalated customer issues effectively and maintain customer trust.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and local influencers.

5. Collections & Portfolio Management

• Monitor loan portfolio quality, overdue accounts, and ensure timely collections.
• Coordinate with credit and recovery teams for reducing NPAs.
• Maintain healthy branch profitability and portfolio hygiene.
