Sr. Branch Manager

As a candidate for the mentioned role, you will be responsible for maintaining professional engagement levels consistently with the Distributors (ABPs) and their Financial Consultants (FCs) to ensure higher engagement and productivity. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving Business Sales KPIs related to individual business, persistency, product mix, and promotions - Managing the local unit as a profitable business by driving sales production and managing costs - Providing direct support to Agency Business Partners (ABPs) to help them achieve business goals - Developing and enabling Front Line Sales (FLS) to recruit and develop a successful team - Ensuring high quality and persistency of business generated by the local production unit - Cascading, aligning, and reviewing the Agency business plans periodically - Supporting Career FLS cohort to identify and recruit top Financial Consultants (FC) from the market - Building your own team through referrals and ensuring 100% manning overall - Ensuring timely and apt engagement of 0-6 months FLS and conducting on-the-job training support - Managing multi-task activities related to Sales Management Process, First Time Right on Login to Conversion, Org. initiatives, Contests, Personal & Business Hygiene - Maintaining a collaborative approach with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications required for this role include: - Candidate must have Life Insurance Agency Channel Experience - Total 8+ years of Life Insurance experience with a minimum of 4 years in team management - Industry experience in Life Insurance / Agency Channel is preferred The company also offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
