Job Description: As an Academic & Operational Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of the academy branch. This includes managing academic scheduling, faculty, and student services to ensure smooth functioning. Your responsibilities will also involve ensuring the effective implementation of the curriculum and training programs in alignment with academic standards. You will supervise the teaching staff, administrative personnel, and support staff to ensure quality service delivery. - Candidates residing in nearby areas are preferred. In the role of Business Development & Enrollment, you will be responsible for driving student enrollment through local marketing initiatives, community engagement, and partnerships with schools or institutions. Your goal will be to achieve branch targets related to student admissions, retention, and program expansion. Additionally, you will organize open houses, parent meetings, and outreach events to promote the academy. Under People Management, you will be tasked with recruiting, training, and retaining faculty and staff. Conducting performance evaluations and providing development opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve creating a positive and motivating environment for both staff and students, as well as resolving any internal issues related to staff, scheduling, or student management.
