Job Title: Branch Manager

Experience: 7 to 15 years in Sales (preferably from the Education Sector)

Job Description:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for promoting the organization’s educational programs within the assigned geographical area, driving admissions, and managing branch operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote educational courses and programs offered by the organization.
• Achieve individual student enrolment targets in the assigned centres.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
• Conduct seminars, presentations, and counselling sessions for students and parents.
• Visit schools, colleges, and institutes to generate awareness and leads.
• Counsel prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of executives to achieve branch targets.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations independently and ensure smooth functioning.
• Generate and track admissions through effective follow-ups and relationship management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Strong local network and understanding of the regional market.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education industry.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
• Must possess own conveyance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹44,654.00 - ₹47,656.00 per month
