Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations in Haridwar and Haldwani. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting university programs, driving admissions, and ensuring achievement of enrolment targets through effective local outreach, team management, and counselling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote higher education courses in the assigned geographical area.
• Achieve individual and branch student enrolment targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Conduct seminars, presentations, and counselling sessions for students and parents.
• Visit schools, colleges, and institutes regularly for promotional activities.
• Generate and convert leads through proactive follow-up.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations independently.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Marketing Executives to achieve goals.
• Plan and execute local marketing and outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline.
• 7 to 15 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Education Sector.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Strong local market knowledge (Haridwar / Haldwani).
• Must have own conveyance for field visits.

Pay: ₹42,345.00 - ₹47,765.00 per month
