Sr. Branch Manager

· Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate with leaders within the district to conduct recruitment, induction, and development meetings.

· Site Visits: Accompany leaders for site visits, especially during weekends and mega carnivals.

· Target Achievement: Ensure the achievement of monthly targets by leaders within the district across all business parameters.

· Promotions and Campaigns: Manage promotions related to projects, offers, campaigns, and schemes across various channels within the district.

· Performance Reviews: Conduct periodical reviews and updates on the progress/status of leaders within the district using relevant reports and dashboards.

· Market Intelligence: Collect information on all the latest developments in the plotted development business within the district.

This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate operations. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate and motivate teams, and a proactive approach to achieve business targets. Willingness to work on weekends and festivals is a key requirement for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
