Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and drive our expansion across Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC) . This is not a traditional high-volume lead-generation role; instead, you will focus on strategic, Account-Based prospecting , working closely with the sales team to engage key decision-makers at targeted enterprise accounts. If you are a resilient, curious, and proactive sales professional with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and enterprise sales, this is the opportunity for you. Your Mission Innovate and elevate the standard of conversational experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business goals. Take ownership of our B2B Brasilian virtual sales assistants Responsibilities Lead Account-Based prospecting efforts, identifying and engaging key stakeholders in priority accounts Develop personalized outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and direct calls Conduct research on target accounts to tailor messaging and value propositions Collaborate with Account Executives to create multi-touch engagement strategies Manage outreach efforts across different time zones in EMEA & APAC Provide insights on market trends, prospect needs, and engagement effectiveness Ideal Candidate Fluent English speaker (must be able to communicate effectively with global clients) At least 3 years of experience as a BDR in SAAS or similar sales role in a B2B environment Experience in Account-Based prospecting and engaging with enterprise-level decision-makers Ability to manage priorities and prospect effectively across multiple time zones Strong track record of generating high-quality pipeline and contributing to sales growth Resilient and curious someone who thrives on learning, adapts quickly, and is not afraid of challenges A consultative, strategic mindset with a passion for building relationships and driving business development Soft Skills Team Mindset: Collaborative and willing to help others, sharing knowledge and experiences.
