WILLIAMS-SONOMA INDIA__________________________________________________________________________________WSI Internal Job Title : QE - Sr. QA EngineerBusiness Unit : WSI Corporate Technology, PuneWork LocaEon : India, PuneResponsibiliEes▪ Ensuring the overall quality of the deliverables and test sign-off will be the key responsibility▪ Responsible for Testing the releases in Prod as part of business team▪ Responsible for website testing and sign off.▪ Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance▪ Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis, andidentifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes▪ Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance.Desirable Competencies▪ Must have 7-9 years of experience.▪ Experience in Front end QA on ecommerce website.▪ Well-versed with Agile methodology▪ Good understanding of the Quality Assurance Process▪ Should have Thorough knowledge of the E-commerce domain▪ Should have hands-on experience in preparing test scenarios, test cases.▪ Able to highlight the shortfalls in the current process and be able to suggest positiveimprovements▪ Excellent in written and verbal communication.▪ Should have business knowledge in the domains, you have worked in.▪ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math,statistics preferred; or equivalent practical experience
