Job Description

As a Ticketing Specialist at WNS (Holdings) Limited, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Issuing tickets, reissuing (exchanges), and demonstrating deep subject matter expertise in fare rules, schedule changes, name corrections, MCOs, residuals, manual calculations, and handling complex itineraries such as international, multi-destination trips, and transactions involving different currencies. - Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel, to carry out your daily tasks effectively. - Demonstrating the ability to handle and diffuse difficult or irate customers in a professional manner, setting clear expectations, and delivering information positively. - Providing customers with an experience that minimizes their effort and fosters loyalty towards the company. - Having a minimum of 2 years of working experience in Sabre and Amadeus is a must, with proficiency in the latest versions of both Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Additionally, you should meet the following qualifications: - Graduates/Undergraduates - Excellent fluency in English, with proficiency in spoken and written comprehension.,
