Sr. Associate - Voice

Job Description: As a member of our team at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will be responsible for various tasks related to ticket issuance, reissuances (exchanges), deep subject matter expertise in fare rules, schedule changes, name corrections, MCOs, Residuals, manual calculations, complex itineraries (international, multi-destination, different currencies), and more. Your role will require proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel. In this position, you will also need to demonstrate the ability to effectively handle and diffuse difficult or irate customers, set clear expectations, and deliver information in a positive manner. Your goal will be to provide customers with an experience that minimizes their effort and fosters loyalty. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of working experience with Sabre and Amadeus, and be proficient in the latest versions of both Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
