The job involves various responsibilities related to ticket issuance, reissuances, fare rules, schedule changes, name corrections, MCOs, Residuals, manual calculations, and handling complex itineraries including international, multi-destination, and different currencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel is required.
