Role Overview: You will be responsible for ticket issuance, reissuances (exchanges), deep subject matter expertise in fare rules, schedule changes, name corrections, MCOs, residuals, manual calculations, and handling complex itineraries (international, multi-destination, different currencies). Additionally, you will need to have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel. Your role will involve effectively handling difficult or irate customers, setting expectations positively, and delivering information in a customer-centric manner to enhance loyalty and reduce customer effort. It is essential to have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in Sabre and Amadeus, being adept at the latest versions of both GDSs.
