- Strong proficiency in business analytics, statistics, and quantitative analysis to drive data-informed decision-making and modelling

- Proven ability to work with complex business problems and apply analytical rigor to solve

- Background or strong interest in financial services, FinTech, or applied AI, with a working knowledge of sector trends and evolving technologies

- Exposure to or experience with venture building, including early-stage product ideation, business model innovation, and go-to-market strategies

- A creative and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification

- Willingness and availability for work-related travel, including client visits, partnership meetings, and market research

Eligibility Criteria for the Job

Education

Graduate from

- IIM Ahmedabad/Bangalore/Calcutta, and/or

- IIT Bombay/Delhi/Kharagpur/Madras/Kanpur, or BITS (Pilani Campus only)

Age

24-28 years

Work Experience

3-4 years of prior experience in:

- Tier 1 consulting - McKinsey/BCG/Bain
(only strategy consulting role, please exclude McKinseys Knowledge Centre, BCG Vantage, Bains BCN), or

- Product managers from top-tier startups or tech companies with experience in 01 product building and cross-functional leadership

- Startup founders or early team members with strong ownership and a track record of building or scaling products

- Design thinkers from firms like IDEO, frog, or innovation labs, who also understand business and product strategy

- Alumni of venture studios, corporate innovation teams, or accelerators who have helped incubate or grow startups

Primary Skill

- Advanced Excel modelling and PowerPoint presentation skills with the ability to distil complex insights into clear, compelling narratives

- Demonstrated capability in financial analysis, product-market fit analysis, and growth/retention metrics

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and operations

Technical Skills

- Excellent skills in ppts and excel

- Financial analysis and business growth/product performance metrics

Management Skills

Multi-tasking and multiple stakeholder management

Soft Skills

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and ambitious. Key traits should include high ownership, self-starter attitude, and high creativity.
