Sr Associate Technical Support Delivery Analyst

As a member of the Workday Customer Support Team, you will be part of a diverse group of individuals driven by a passion for products and customer success. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate, diagnose, and deliver timely solutions to customer issues. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, handling time-critical issues, and maintaining solid relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Handle a queue of support cases, prioritizing based on severity and customer impact - Work on resolving time-sensitive issues and implement effective solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and Development teams to identify solutions - Stay updated on new functionality and compliance changes - Participate in rostered shifts for 24/7 Global Support coverage - Contribute to the Knowledge Centered Service by creating Knowledge articles Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of experience with SaaS Enterprise software in a support, implementation, or consulting environment - Proficient communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Basic knowledge of Object Oriented Programming languages - Ability to read and analyze log files and SQL syntax - Experience with api client tools like SoapUI, Test Studio, and/or Postman/Bruno - Demonstrable ability to support or implement HCM, Talent Acquisition, or Talent solutions - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities - Experience with web service integrations and log analysis is advantageous In addition, Workday promotes flexible work schedules to ensure a balance between in-person and remote work.
