Join a dynamic team building verticalized marketplaces to drive high-intent lead generation in Autos & Online Schools (USA only). As a Sr. Associate - Technical Solutions, you will work at the intersection of technology and business operations, playing a crucial role in integrating systems, optimizing workflows, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● API & System Integrations: Integrate, manage, and troubleshoot partner API integrations (REST, webhooks) while simplifying technical concepts.

● User Journey & Data Flow Optimization: Build, analyze, and refine front-end user experiences and back-end data flows to enhance efficiency.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate across UI/UX, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure structured execution and alignment.

● Product Roadmap Execution: Define, track, and deliver product initiatives, ensuring minimal operational dependencies.

● Project Management & Documentation: Create detailed documentation, trackers, and workflows for seamless execution.

● Data Management: Leverage internal tools, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and automation solutions to enhance data availability.

● Process Optimization: Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies, driving continuous improvement.

● Technical Partner Management: Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring smooth integrations, clear communication, and alignment with business objectives.

● Ability to write effective prompts and leverage AI tools to generate actionable solutions.

● Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

● Bachelor's degree in any field.

● Preferred but not mandatory: Background in engineering, computer science, data analytics, or related fields.
