Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Campaign Strategy & Management:

    Plan, create, and execute effective SEM strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Optimization:

    Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and quality scores, while ensuring all KPIs are met.
  • Keyword Research:

    Conduct deep keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact targeting opportunities and search trends.
  • Performance Tracking:

    Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Singular, and other relevant platforms.
  • A/B Testing:

    Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve overall campaign efficiency.
  • Market Research:

    Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and SEM best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • User Journey Analysis:

    Evaluate conversion funnels, identify drop-off points, and suggest improvements to enhance user flow and boost conversions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience:

    1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/BCA or equivalent (candidates from Tier 1 institutions preferred, e.g., IIT, NIT, DTU).
  • Mindset:

    Self-driven with a strong bias for action; thrives in startup or fast-paced environments.
  • Platform Expertise:

    In-depth understanding of the paid marketing ecosystem, attribution models, audience segmentation, and app campaign strategies.
  • Budget Management:

    Proven ability to manage campaigns with monthly budgets of ₹10 Lakh or more.
  • Tool Proficiency:

    Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, AppsFlyer (or similar).
  • Analytical Thinking:

    Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills; ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Certifications:

    Google Ads certification or equivalent SEM certifications (preferred).
  • Creativity:

    Skill in writing ad copy and developing testing strategies to improve ad performance.
  • Problem Solving:

    Ability to manage complexity with a first-principles approach to problem-solving.
