Lucknow (UP) & Dubai ( UAE).

• Qualification: Law Graduate & CS

• No. Of years: Min 5 years’ PQE

• CTC: As per current CTC & experience

• Job details: Corporate legal matters, IBC & NCLT, DRT SEBI & SAT contract negotiation and drafting etc.

✓ Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial contracts , agreements for sale and purchase of goods,

/ rendition of services, joint ventures and partnership agreements, Term Sheets / MoU, shareholders and

subscription agreements, investment agreements, nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements, technology

transfer agreements, Development & real estate agreement, tender documents etc.

✓ Undertake thorough and nuanced review of contract documents to identify risks and propose commercially

viable mitigations

✓ Strong subject matter knowledge and foundation in commercial law and contract negotiation

✓ Manage relationships and processes with internal teams and external stakeholders

✓ Have prior experience of due diligence, drafting legal opinion on commercial legal issues, knowledge of corporate

laws, IBC, FEMA and Contract Act,1872, AIF Regulations is must.

✓ Ability to analyse commercial transactions and advise client on various legal aspects, as may be applicable.
